Hi Everyone,

I wanted to post an update since it looks like many of the US backers are receiving their decks, and I want to address some common questions I have been getting:

1. Uncuts

Uncuts ship separately to the main project. They are usually sent out directly after the cards are shipped (~1 week), so you should expect them a few days later. Don't worry - if you got your cards then you will definitely get your uncuts.

2. Gilded decks

These ship separately and later (much later) than the main project as I have to physically recieve, seal and send on those gilded decks. Last project took about +6-8 weeks to get them, this time it should be faster, though it depends on when I get the gilded decks.

3. Tracking numbers

You should have received a tracking number when GWH shipped your reward. Sometimes that tracking number will be invalid or appear stalled. Here are the most common reasons:

INVALID: This is usually because you have checked your tracking number before it was scanned into the couriers system. Check back in 1-2 days, it could be a delay issue.

STALLED: Our tracking is within the USA only. So if you have an international order, the tracking will stop (appear stalled out) once it leaves the US. It is not uncommon for tracking to simply stop at a dispatch facility while it is making it across the water to you. Basically: if you see movement on your tracking and then it stops, don't worry. It has just left the USA.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

All shipping address are PER THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMITTED. I don't manually type in these addresses, I copy - paste them into the shipping sheet. They have not changed from what was provided to me. In short: if your shipping address is incorrect, that was an issue from your input, not the warehouse or my team.

If your shipping address is incorrect, please let me know ASAP on our support email: [email protected], and we will see what we can do about it. (But please, don't accuse us of getting your shipping address wrong...)

5. Any other questions...

Shipping Underway!

Hi Everyone,

Just dropping a quick update to let you know that shipping has finally started!

After possibly the most-delayed project I have ever run, we are in the final leg - getting the decks to your front door! You should get a shipping notification in your email with the details.

A few notes that inevitably come up:

YOU DIDN'T GET A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

This could be because:

• You didn't fill in the survey (!). Please do so now - most of the previous updates have the link.
• You filled in the survey with your Kickstarter email from an Apple device. Depending on your privacy settings, Apple devices generate an encrypted email which we can't send messages too, so you may not get the updates.
• It got sent to spam. Check your junk mail.

HOW DO I CHECK MY SHIPPING INFORMATION?

Send me an email (not a Kickstarter message) at [email protected], and once I have the full tracking list from GWH I will be able to send your the tracking number for your package.
